Where do you deliver?
We currently ship across the United Kingdom, with free shipping on every order. We hope to add more regions in the future.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and typically arrive within 6 to 9 business days once processed, so please allow around 7 to 11 business days in total. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships we will email you a tracking link. You can also use the "Track your order" link in the footer at any time.

What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

How do I start a return?
Email us at sales@ovitu.com with your order number, the reason for the return and a photo if relevant, and we will send you instructions.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, just email us. After that, if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process above.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products good quality?
We are a small independent studio and work closely with trusted suppliers, so the materials, finish and craftsmanship are held to a standard we would want in our own homes.
